Deity Worshipped : Lord Jagannath

Festivals Celebrated : The temple celebrates many colourful festivals like Chandan Yatra, Snan Yatra and Ganesh Puja. But the most famous is the Rath Yatra or Car Festival. The temple of Lord Jagannath attracts devotees from all parts of the world. Infact, the presence of Jagannath temple makes Puri one of the four holiest places (Dhams) of India.
